The eyes are windows to one’s soul. As much as I love enhancing my eyes with make-up, I’m not very good at it. To this day, I still struggle with eye liners and have lost count of the number of times I stabbed my eye and turned my sclera a murky grey-black.
What I really need are good, stress-free (for me, at least) eye products that will just work their magic on my eyes. Without having to faff about with buffing and blending. Not having to worry about any product separating or getting stuck on my face as they make their descent – usually by the 2-hour mark in this humid climate.
Also, as I have been travelling quite a bit in between hospital stays, having some make-up on does wonders for the soul! With travelling, I do not have the luxury of carrying my entire beauty stash with me so the following products have since found their way into my travel and everyday make-up bag.
I have been eyeing the Burberry Eye Colour Contour Pens ever since dear Lily raved about them. When Sephora MY offered to send me some eye products, I immediately picked one up. As I’m a fan of multi-tasking products, I also went in for an Edward Bess Threads of Silk Multi-Use Powder in Bellissima.
